EastEnders actress Luisa Bradshaw White has revealed that she was rushed to A&E after accidentally slicing her hand open while filming her tense Christmas Day scene with co-star Toby Alexander Smith.
During the episode, Luisa's character Tina had been putting the knives into the dishwasher when Gray, played by Toby, had appeared and told her that they were the wrong way up.
After telling her that they should be blade up, Tina switched them around before placing them back in the tray.
The eerie relevance of the dishwasher sent shivers down many viewers' spines as they recalled Chantelle, who was pushed back onto the open tray and pierced with the knives.
Watching the scene, one fan commented: "i have so much fear for tina right now, not the f***ing knifes [sic.]"

Retweeting the remark, Luisa wrote: "I actually put my hand thru them and had to be rushed to A&E whilst the whole crew stood down...."
She continued: "There was a lot of blood!"
When one fan suggested that she should use alcohol to treat the pain, she quipped: "Tequila sorts everything..."
Last night, Tina accused Gray of killing his wife Chantelle... but fans are incredibly worried about what could happen to her as a result.
Shirley's sister has become increasingly suspicious of Gray, despite him being her lawyer and other people's amorous opinions of him.
After being left horrified that Gray had been planning to kill himself and his children, but was only stopped by Shirley, Tina has done some digging.
Speaking to Kheerat, she discovered that Chantelle had been planning to leave him, something she lashed out at him about in front of his children on Christmas Day.
She later apologised, but on tonight's Boxing Day episode she realised how twisted he was and that he had lied about the case against her regarding Ian's attack.

Gray had claimed that the witness had checked out, and that she would likely be brought to court, leading Tina to want to make a run for it.
But, near the Queen Vic, she bumped into the detectives, who told a completely different story.
Returning back to Gray's house, she confronted him about his lies and wanting her to leave Albert Square.
Tina then, rightly, accused Gray of being abusive towards his wife and said: "I bet she was terrified, terrified of her own husband. And now you're terrified of me because I'm onto you. "

He unconvincingly retorted that she "needed therapy".
But Tina continued: "How long did it last? The happiness? A couple of months? A year? And then what? You found a plate, a dirty plate, or a mug in the cupboard with the handle facing the wrong way.
"How long til you took her phone and deleted all her friends' numbers? Started rolling your eyes every time she wanted to see her family?"

Gray insisted that he loved her, to which Tina raged: "Yeah, and that's what you told her every time you hit her, every time you hurt her. Because you did hit her, didn't you?"
"I worshipped that woman," Gray snarled.
"'Oh, I won't do it again, oh I'll change'," Tina mimicked. "And she believed it, didn't she?"
Tina then went on to deliver the killer blow after he declared that Chantelle died in the house in a tragic accident.
"Yeah, I had accidents - with Tosh," Tina said. "I see you, Gray. And she saw it too, didn't she? That night there, right here in this kitchen. She finally found the strength, finally stopped pretending you would change.
"It wasn't an accident, was it?"
"I loved her so much," he gasped.
"You killed her," Tina responded. "You killed your wife!"
