Jessica Plummer broke down in tears as she spent a night away from her daughter.
The former EastEnders star, 28, took to her Instagram Story to post a picture of herself sobbing as she missed her four-year-old daughter Noa.
She then shared a lengthy post explaining why she was so emotional, admitting she "hates" herself for shouting at her little girl when homeschooling became tense.
Her post read: "First night away from Noa since Monday AND it's Saturday, I should be out with friends living my best life…
"But instead I'm at home going through old videos of Noa, crying like a big baby.
"Completely hating myself for all of the shouting I've done over the past week being the world's worst home parent teacher thing, whatever my new job role is called.
"Mum guilt at its finest. I need a distraction."
The I'm A Celebrity star continued: "PS I'm not looking for sympathy, I KNOW I shouldn't be beating myself up. But just in case there's another parent reading this right now feeling the same.
"Know we are in the same boat! We can share the s**t parent ship together.
"PPS That was a joke. No parent that this resonates with is a s**t parent, we are all f***ing trying our hardest.
"PPPS I've decided I am scrapping the curriculum and making up our own from Monday."
Jessica then shared the snap of herself crying, writing: "Gonna stop crying now, goodnight x."
The I'm A Celeb 2020 star shares Noa with her ex Jaz Hutchins.
She split from Jaz last year and Noa splits half her time with her mum and half with her dad.
