EastEnders star Aaron Thiara drops huge hint Ravi is dead body in Christmas special

EastEnders star Aaron Thiara has dropped a huge hint that Ravi could be the dead body this Christmas.

In a very special flashforward scene aired back in February, which saw the six women - Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki ( Balvinder Sopal ) - standing around a dead body. All we know is that a man is dead but there are many people it could be.

Fans have been sure Ravi could be the one to end up dead this Christmas, with him already having a number of enemies in his midst despite his short time in Walford. Other theories have included Nish, Keanu or even Phil Mitchell.

Actor Aaron, who plays Ravi, has spoken to The Mirror about the possibility of his character dying this Christmas.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror at the British Soap Awards, he said: "It's quite hard to fathom that Ravi’s made so many enemies in such a short amount of time. There’s every possibility that it’s going to come to him, you never know."

He has been enjoying hearing about the fan theories on social media - and the cast have been caught up in the guessing game too.

"The producers have done such a fantastic job of keeping it so conspicuous and away from us. Even we’re trying to work it out," he said as he revealed the cast have been busy trying to work out who it might be.

Aaron previously revealed many characters want to "see the back of him" - and that could end in his murder.

Speaking to Inside Soap about what happens at Christmas, the Ravi actor said: "I can't escape the fan theories. The comments have been lovely though – people say: 'No you can't be the body on the floor!' But Ravi has a lot of enemies, and plenty of characters want to see the back of him. What I will say is there's a lot to come in the next few months."

He added: "It goes up a notch in terms of what that might mean for Ravi in the lead-up to Christmas."

The British Soap Awards airs Tuesday at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX
