EastEnders: Stacey Fowler makes worrying discovery as Sean Slater returns

EastEnders favourite Stacey Fowler is left in turmoil in upcoming scenes, amid the return of her brother Sean Slater.

It was confirmed earlier this year that Sean, played by actor Rob Kazinsky, would be back on the Square as part of a new storyline.

In scenes to air in an upcoming episode, there’s horror for Stacey and Jack Branning when they realise his daughter Amy is missing.

Unbeknownst to them, Amy has been picked up from school by Sean, with pictures showing her in the back of his car.

It was recently teased in a new trailer that Sean’s return would lead to Amy being potentially kidnapped, with the pair sharing a history.

Sean left the soap in 2009, after kidnapping then girlfriend Roxy Mitchell and her baby daughter Amy, devastated to learn she wasn’t his child.

Roxy had a fling with Jack, with him being her biological father, and after tense scenes which saw Amy and Roxy in danger, Sean fled.

Now, 10 years later, Sean is back and he heads straight to see not-so-little Amy, without telling Stacey or Jack.

Jack and Stacey are left panicked when they learn Amy isn’t at the school, not realising Sean has collected her.

The duo aren’t even aware Sean is back in Walford, so how will they react when they see him again and find out he took Amy?

It comes as the soap revealed an epic teaser for Sean’s first scene back in the Square with sister Stacey and mum Jean Slater.

In the clip on the EastEnders Twitter page, Stacey tells Jean: “He’s not just gonna walk in the pub and go, ‘Oh hello mum’.”

In that moment, as Stacey continues looking at her mum, the doors suddenly swing open with Sean strolling in.

EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
