EastEnders’ Stacey Fowler is left in turmoil in Thursday’s episode, after making contact with brother Sean Slater ahead of his return.
The Walford favourite will be back in the Square next week after leaving the soap back in 2009.
Stacey and Sean’s mum was recently diagnosed with cancer, and ahead of treatment Stacey has tried to reach out to her brother.
Jean recently shared her hopes to track him down, but Stacey is called out in the next episode for getting the ball rolling.

On Tuesday, Stacey was seen on the phone to Sean, asking him: “Why are you being like this?”
He appeared to hang up on her, while Lacey Turner’s character didn’t tell anyone what she was up to.
On Thursday, she finally confesses all to cousin Kat Moon, and she’s not happy about it.
Stacey feels guilty for making the call, confiding in Kat that the pair have spoken about Jean.
Kat has a go at her though, angry with her for speaking to Sean without telling Jean.
Next week on the soap, Stacey is forced to tell Jean that Sean knows all about her illness despite him not making contact.
Jean has been calling him herself, and is left devastated ahead of her treatment when he’s a no-show.
But what neither she nor her daughter know is that Sean is back in Walford, but what does he have planned?
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.
