EastEnders’ Phil Mitchell turns nasty next week as Kim Fox seeks the truth about husband Vincent Hubbard’s fate.
Fans of the BBC One soap opera will remember that Vincent departed Walford in dark circumstances back in 2018 after turning into an informant on Phil and his criminal associate Aidan Maguire.
However, when he was driven away by a corrupt police officer, Vincent found himself staring down a gun as he appeared to be facing a gangland execution - despite Phil having asked his associates to only scare him.
Kim was left thinking that Vincent had left her as a note suggested he had walked out on her and their children Peal and Mika.

Next week, Kim overhears Mitch Baker discussing a taxi booking for a Vince Hubbard, leading to Kim questioning whether her husband is back.
Phil tells Kim to leave the issue alone but Kim follows the booking to Walford East, only to find a children’s entertainer claiming to be Vince.
Kim thinks she sees her husband’s wallet amongst the entertainer’s belongings but he swiftly packs up before fleeing.
Afterwards, Kim makes clear that she wants to find out the truth about her husband Vincent, which Phil hears.

Facing Kim’s sister Denise Fox, Phil warns her to get Kim to stop looking for answers about Vincent.
Later, Denise tries to get Kim to let go of her quest for the truth after she opens up to Denise and her boyfriend, police detective Jack Branning.
Angered that Kim is not backing down, Phil shows something shocking to Denise.
Making it clear to Denise that Kim needs to stop digging or face dark consequences, Phil is clearly taking this very matter seriously.
Denise discovers that Jack and Kim are planning to meet up with Vince for answers, prompting Denise to ask Kim to leave the matter alone.

Kim agrees to stop her search for Vincent but later goes back on her promise by making plans with Jack to meet the entertainer Vince.
By the end of the week, Kim and Jack are tense as they wait to meet up with the children’s entertainer.
Will Kim find the answers she is searching for? And, if so, what will Phil do when the truth is revealed?
