With exciting, loved-up plans for the future and a bundle of joy on the way, the couple are in for a shock when Louise's mum Lisa Fowler suggests they all leave Albert Square behind and move away.
The pair have to decide whether their future with their new arrival lies in Walford or abroad, after Lisa explains that she wants them all to make an exciting fresh start in sunny Portugal.
It will be no surprise to viewers that Keanu is unconvinced by the idea and pushes for them to stay in the UK, while Louise will have to choose whether to side with her mum's idea or stick with her boyfriend.

Danny Walters, who plays Keanu, spoke to Digital Spy at the Inside Soap Awards about the infamous secret.
He said: "The whole Sheanu story has been bubbling for a long, long time. It's about to get much more serious, much more darker and much more interesting – to watch, to perform and to be a part of.
"It's going to be a fantastic Christmas. It's explosive, big emotions, big stunts – like good, classic Christmas EastEnders style."
While Sharon Mitchell and Keanu Taylor’s affair is yet to be discovered, we can't wait for the secret to be exposed.
Phil Mitchell knows Sharon is pregnant with presumably his child, he has no idea about her recent affair with son-in-law Keanu Taylor.
