EastEnders spoilers for next week - grooming accusation, love reunion and surprise return

Tensions rise on Walford next week as accusations are thrown around and have incredibly worrying consequences.

Two returning residents will make themselves at home back on Albert Square, but their lies could severely hurt those closest to them.

Meanwhile a court date approaches as judgement day looms overhead - what will the verdict be?

And as fury erupts, someone will feel the brunt of the anger.

Tiffany accused of grooming Dennis

After escaping the evil clutches of the gang, Tiffany has to give a witness statement to the police.

But her ordeal is not over yet as Dennis, who she recruited, wants more involvement and secretly messages Stix.

Tiffany starts to panic when defiant Dennis reveals he is going to meet the drug dealer.

She persuades the schoolboy to join her instead, but he leaves after overhearing Sonia joking about Tiffany babysitting him.

EastEnders' Ben Mitchell makes surprise return - but fans spot massive problem

Dennis storms off and prepares to meet Stix but is stopped by Sharon in the nick of time.

The furious mothers blasts Dennis but is unaware of his true intentions as spins her a cover story.

Tiff realises what is going on and rushes over to stop Dennis from leaving as the gang wait outside.

EastEnders: Ben Mitchell and Lola return

She pleads with the youngster not to make her mistake and get himself into trouble.

Just as they are arguing, Sharon walks in on the commotion and is stunned when Tiffany reveals the awful truth.

Sharon and Phil are stunned to learn that Tiffany introduced Dennis to the gang and nearly got him in serious danger.

Things get heated as Sonia and Whitney try to defend Tiffany to fuming Sharon.

They are both horrified when Sharon accuses Tiffany of grooming Dennis .

Jack arrives to warn Sharon off as tensions rise between the families.

Later on, Sharon later tries to talk to Dennis, but he accuses her of being distant and not caring.

She tries to figure out to deal with him but Phil insists she is being too soft on Dennis. Confiding in Linda, Sharon reveals what has really been going on.

Sharon attempts to take a harder approach with Dennis - how will he react?

Hunter Owen makes dramatic return

Mel's troublesome son shot his step-dad Ray Kelly after learning that he'd tried to murder her, and was later sent to jail.

Now, Hunter will return for judgement day on Monday next week.

Mel is frustrated when people begin gossiping about Hunter's plea hearing - especially so when Ben begins winding her up.

Mel tries to persuade some other familiar faces to turn up, on the advice of his solicitor. Sadly, however, none arrive.

At the end of the week, Mel is left fuming after receiving an eviction notice from Jack.

But she later visits Chantelle's solicitor husband Gray for advice, who gives her some food for thought.

At Jacks, she pleads with him to keep the house. Will he let her?

Lola and Jay reunite after four years apart

Lola and Jay's close friendship and chemistry once gripped EastEnders viewers who had hoped that the pair would one day become an official couple.

Now four years later, fans' wishes might finally come true.

Sparky Lola finally returned to the soap this month after leaving in 2015.

Next week, Lola and Jay finally get reunite after Billy intervenes and helps them reconnect.

Jay is left brokenhearted when she tells him that she wants to just be friends, but they end up going for a drink and the pair get closer to each other.

But Ben is fuming and is convinced Lola is falling for Ben again.

Lola ignores his instructions to stay away from Jay and instead asks him whether he wants to go for a drink.

Ben is furious when he sees them together, but they manage to sneak off to E20 and end up kissing....
