Things are set to get pretty dramatic on EastEnders next when Isaac Baptiste continues to spiral out of control.
Viewers are already aware that Isaac (Stevie Basaula) has schizophrenia and made the worrying decision to quit his medication and go cold turkey a few months ago.
Ever since then, his girlfriend Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) has been concerned and has noticed major changes in his behaviour.
New BBC spoilers reveal that next week Isaac will lose control and it leaves Martin Fowler (James Bye) concerned for his children.
Monday's episode will see Sheree (Suzette Llewellyn) trying to get Isaac to take his medication but his auditory hallucinations stop him.

Later on that day, Lola, Kim and Patrick discuss Isaac’s condition but Patrick tells them to leave it to Sheree.
However, Patrick is unaware that Sheree is struggling and doesn't know what else to do to help her son.
Isaac is then seen stopping kids Lily and Arthur as they arrive home with Ruby Allen, and managed to persuade them to go on a picnic and stay away from the house in order to keep them out of harm’s way.

But Ruby then catches Isaac trying to break into her house and as Martin and Sheree notice the commotion, they rush over to a panicked Ruby as she doesn’t know where the kids are.
The situation intensifies as Isaac gets more distressed and when Martin goes to call the police, Isaac makes a run for it into his house.
Ruby and Martin are beside themselves as they wait for the police to arrive.

Meanwhile, Patrick tries to calm Isaac down and eventually gets let into the house and quickly asks him where the children are, promising that he won’t let anything bad happen to him.
He then manages to coax Isaac outside for a moment but he’s spooked and runs back inside.
Luckily, Jean Slater receives a call from Lily and finds her and Arthur in the allotments safe and sound.
But what will this latest incident mean for Isaac? And will he be forced to get the help he needs? Or will Sheree and Patrick decide that it's best for everyone if he just leaves Walford?
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
