EastEnders’ Riley Carter Millington unveils epic weight loss after leaving soap

Former EastEnder's star Riley Carter Millington has unveiled his epic weight loss today.

The actor, 25, is best known for playing Kyle Slater on the soap and since leaving the BBC show in 2016 he has been on a fitness journey.

On Thursday Riley took to Twitter to show off the impressive results of his hard work with a before and after snap - and it sent his fans into a frenzy.

The Manchester lad's new snap showed him with rippling muscles and half the size.

Proving that his confidence has grown since he shook up his lifestyle, the star happily showed off his physique in a skimpy vest and shorts - which allowed his heavily tatted skin to be seen.

Not only has his shape changed but he also was sporting a head of bleached locks - that stood out compared to his previously mousy quiff.

He penned next to the offering: "Don't say you can't change. Because you can. It can take time but you will get there. I'm still on my journey but loving me more each day. #happy #Loveyourself #weightlosstransformation."

Shortly after the post went live a number of Riley's fans sent messages praising him for his new look.

One typed: "Wow you have done amazing!"

Another added: "What a transformation, you are such an inspiration. Keep up the hard work."

A third echoed: "OMG thats amazing!!!! Well done!! Seriously, bravo! You look amazing!!!"

In 2015 Riley was the first transgender actor to play a transgender TV soap role.

When he was cast in EastEnders, he said: "I am extremely excited to be joining EastEnders. I can honestly say that I have now fulfilled my two biggest dreams - to be living my life as a man and to be an actor.

"I cannot wait to really get stuck in with filming and I look forward to seeing what is in store.”
