EastEnders reveals first look at Whitney Dean's wedding dress as chaos hits Walford

EastEnders has shared first look pictures at Whitney Dean in her wedding dress, as she prepares to marry Callum Highway.

Whitney currently has no idea her partner is gay, and that he slept with Ben Mitchell just weeks ago.

On the day, Whitney gets into her frock as she is surrounded by her loved ones including sister Tiffany Butcher.

But she’s in for a surprise when her stepmother Bianca Jackson makes a return to Walford for the big event.

Except, she’s missing on the day as the wedding draws closer leaving Whitney in a state.

Patsy Palmer’s character is nowhere to be found, as her sister Sonia, Whitney’s aunt, tries to reassure her.

As she heads downstairs in her dress, Kush Kazemi and Bex Fowler are in awe, along with Tiff, Sonia and hairdresser Chantelle.

Whitney has chosen a light pink frilly dress, featuring a netted floor-length skirt and a white corset at the top.

Covered in with light coloured flowers and rose gold glitter, she certainly looks the part in her unusual bardot wedding frock.

But it’s written all over Whitney’s face that her mum not being there has thrown a spanner in the works.

She’s mortified that Bianca might already be causing chaos on her big day - but will all go to plan?

Bianca actress Patsy filmed the scenes recently, while it’s not yet known how long she will be in Albert Square for.

It was confirmed earlier in the year that she would be back for special scenes, and she’s not alone as Lisa Fowler will be making her long-awaited return amid her daughter Louise Mitchell’s pregnancy.

EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
