EastEnders viewers will witness Phil Mitchell's dark side next week when he sets out for revenge.
There were fears that the Walford hardman would die or be left with permanent brain damage after being attacked by Stacey Fowler.
Phil got into a furious bust-up with Kat Slater and then attacked Martin Fowler before Stacey hit him over the head with a wrench.
It was touch and go in hospital and the Mitchel family feared Phil would never wake up again.
However, Phil recovers from his life-threatening injury and is nastier than ever when he returns to get revenge.
With Phil on the mend and back on the Square, it doesn’t take him long to start remembering details from his attack.
Ben Mitchell has tried to pin the blame on Keanu Taylor, but Phil realises that neither of them are responsible.
With the events of that fateful day flooding back, furious Phil heads over to the Slater's house to confront Kat.
Fuming Phil, who has a big bandage on the back of his head, barges his way inside in typical thuggish fashion.
Horrified Kat is unaware of how much Phil actually knows and tries to keep the truth under wraps.
However, Phil is certainly not in the mood for playing games and demands to know what really happened.
Kat has to fend off Phil on her own as both Stacey and Martin have fled Walford to go on the run.
She tries to convince Phil that she played no part in the attack which nearly cost him his life.
With Phil coming close to rumbling the Slaters, will Kat reveal all?
