Natalie Cassidy has slammed disrespectful shoppers who continue to "lean over" her in supermarkets.
The EastEnders star, 37, took to Instagram on Friday to beg consumers to give one another space while out and about getting their essentials.
The Sonia Fowler actress insisted she’s been driven "mad" by rude people who fail to comply with the socially distancing two-metre distance rule amid the ongoing pandemic in London.
Taking to her Instagram account, Natalie shared a snap of herself tucked up in bed with a cup of tea – the only place she feels safe away from the herds of public shoppers.
Alongside the snap, the soap star urged her followers to be kind and respectful to others when in busy places.
“Be kind when you’re out shopping and stop rushing because it’s driving me mad being walked into or leaned over every bloody time I go out.
“I’m really not going to take the 87 plums on the shelf, just wait patiently 2 metres away from me. And others. Cheers,” she penned.
Natalie, who is a proud mum to two daughters, also shed light on the devastating effects of the pandemic in the thought-provoking post.
The actress admitted she can’t stop thinking about all the people who have lost their loved-ones due to the deadly virus.
She urged fans to have consideration for everyone around them because we’re all going through these unprecedented times together.
“The data we receive each day from the news is so upsetting,” said Natalie.
“I just wanted to say I’m thinking of everyone who has lost someone and thinking of the people whose loved ones are in hospital.
“I’m thinking of people on their own and the Drs and nurses who are dealing with it each day.
“It’s very easy to sit and moan about not seeing family or not being able to go to a pub for lunch, not being able to go to your gym or have your nails done.
“But it’s really not that bad. Keep going, remember how lucky we are.”
Natalie’s post was met with much love and support from her adoring followers who labelled her inspirational after her wise words.
