Nah ’ang on just a minute, eiver EastEnders actress Maisie Smith is breakin’ the law – or she’s ’avin’ a larf.
The 17-year-old, who plays Albert Square wild child Tiffany Butcher, is seen giving a pal a lift on an L-plate scooter.
Not legal, of course, if you are a learner rider.
And, oops, the pal isn‘t wearing a helmet – another no-no if they were on a highway.
Maisie, in snazzy combat trousers, was spotted after leaving a gym near her Essex home.
Sources insisted she did not travel on public roads with the pal.
An onlooker said: “They were messing around and having a laugh.”

Maisie first appeared in the BBC1 soap in 2009 and returned last year after a long break.
