EastEnders' Louise Mitchell makes contact with her father Phil Mitchell on the BBC soap next week.
Over a year on from her exit from Walford, leaving for a new life with baby daughter Peggy and her mother Lisa Fowler, Louise gets a mention in next week's episodes.
Phil reveals he's heading to France to visit his daughter and granddaughter, before dropping the news that ex Lisa is injured.
It's not known what has happened to Lisa, but it will no doubt be explained in next week's episodes.
He asks current girlfriend Kat Slater if she can look after the house while he's away, as he prepares to help out Louise.
She hasn't been seen since she fled Walford over her part in the presumed murder of her fiancé Keanu Taylor.
A Christmas Day twist in 2019 saw her turn against him, after discovering his affair with her stepmother Sharon Watts.
Both ladies fell pregnant with Keanu's babies, and the betrayal led to Louise taking a deadly revenge along with brother Ben Mitchell.
Martin Fowler lied that he had killed Keanu for them, despite actually allowing him to do a runner - while that is a whole other story.
In the weeks following Keanu's presumed death, Louise could not cope with the guilt as well as being a new mum to her baby daughter.
Louise suffered a breakdown, and Lisa feared for her daughter before she even found out what had happened on Christmas Day.

In January last year, the family realised the police were on to them over Keanu's disappearance and decided to flee Walford for good.
Lisa, Louise, baby Peggy and Phil fled the country with the three of them, minus Phil, now living in France it seems.
Louise has made contact over the past year with Phil, and she has been mentioned once or twice - amid hopes of a return from fans.
That said, it was believed they had gone back to Portugal where they used to live, but perhaps Louise feared Keanu would find her.
As Phil prepares to take the trip to France, son Ben asks him for some money after having some financial issues, but he refuses to help him.
There'll no doubt be a little annoyance over him possibly choosing Louise over him again like old times!
