EastEnders lines up Hunter Owen revenge drama as killer teen spirals out of control

EastEnders is lining up revenge drama for Hunter Owen, as the killer teen spirals out of control following his return to Walford.

The character made his dramatic comeback this week after escaping prison, following him being charged for the murder of his stepfather Ray Kelly earlier in the year.

After escaping a prison van, he flees back to Walford where he is waiting for Mel.

The character will vow to help her son in upcoming scenes, wanting to get him away from Walford before he is caught.

But their plans are thwarted when her pal Lisa Fowler makes her big return to Walford.

It’s not yet known what brings her back to the Square, but it could have something to do with her daughter Louise Mitchell being missing.

Either way, Lisa’s comeback is the least of Mel’s problems when events go from bad to worse.

In scenes to air during the week commencing Monday 2nd September, Hunter is intent on revenge.

He’s always blamed Jack Branning for his fate after it was the former police detective who called the cops on him.

While Mel appeared to drop her hate for Jack, could Hunter be planning to take him down before he leaves?

Amid reports Hunter is being killed off at some point this year, and with Mel also leaving, viewers will have to tune and see what goes down.

EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
