Linda Carter will be tempted to cheat on husband Mick Carter after noticing a "spark" between herself and Max Branning on EastEnders.
Recently, Mick has distanced himself from his whole family after being secretly forced to face the abuse he suffered as a child.
He has not been able to speak to anyone about being sexually abused when he was just 12 years old, resulting in daughter Frankie being born.
Instead, Mick has been lashing out and Linda has sought companionship elsewhere - and it could be in the arms on Max.
Next week on EastEnders, Max and Linda end up speaking about her business idea and he decides to seize the opportunity to try and persuade Bobby to expand the age restriction on the Lucy Beale grant.
While Linda is incredibly pleased, however, Max's attention on her hasn't gone unnoticed by Sharon.
She demands that Max leaves Linda alone and later warns her friend about her suspicions of Max.
But Linda dismisses Sharon's concerns and insists that Max is simply a friend.
Later on, Max takes Abi to Linda's to help the former landlady with her business idea.
Yet Linda is wary about what Sharon said earlier and is guarded around Max, but ends up feeling guilty after noticing the spark between them.
While at the club later, Linda feels as though Ruby is watching her and tells her that she isn't drinking.
Following Ruby's pointed comments, Linda finds herself struggling and steels a bottle of wine before leaving.
But she stops herself and calls Mick - will he be able to stop her from taking a sip? Or will she yield to temptation?
