Drunk Linda Carter was almost raped tonight in horrifying scenes on EastEnders as she was dragged to a hotel.
The landlady, played by Kellie Bright, was consumed by her alcoholism on New Year's Eve as she turned to the bottle for comfort.
Her drinking spun out of control and despite the efforts of her family and friends, Linda continued to down booze until she was led away by Mick and was throwing up in the toilet.
But after being awoken by a text on her phone, Linda went back downstairs to down more vodka before being confronted by friend Sharon.
The pair ended up rowing and Linda left to continue drinking at a club, where she began talking to a stranger.
After everyone was chucked out of the club, Linda chomped on food as she was pushed into a cab by the man and taken to his hotel room.
A confused Linda was accosted by the man, who she escaped by heading into the bathroom.
After throwing up again, Linda opened the bathroom door and the stranger tried to kiss her. Despite drunkenly trying to push him off her, he continued to try and kiss her.
Linda managed to narrowly escape by kneeing him in the privates and running out of the door.
Back in 2014, Linda was raped by Mick's half-brother Dean Wicks and struggled with trauma over the ordeal.
Initially, Linda told no one about the ordeal but feared the worst after discovering that she was pregnant, however Mick turned out to be Ollie's dad.
She finally told Mick about what had happened and Dean later left Walford.
