Feeling lonely in isolation? Looking for love in your latter years?
Well, ladies, we have good news for you. We’ve found a certain famous celeb who’s looking for the perfect woman to spend the rest of his life with.
But there’s one catch - you’d have to be known as Mrs Nasty Nick.
Yes, divorced John Altman, aka EastEnders’ rotten Nick Cotton, has been thinking about retirement since joining the cast of BBC One's The Real Marigold Hotel.
And it’s made him realise how much he would like someone by his side.
“I’m single now and open to offers,” reveals John, 68. “I don’t mind living alone but I would love to share my life with someone.”

And he’s not looking for anything casual.
He added: “If I embark on a relationship now I would hope it would be the relationship til the end of my time on this planet.”
John was previously married to Bridget Pouhan, mum to his daughter Rosanna, 34.

They divorced in 1999 after 13 years together, as John’s battle with drink and drugs took a toll.
Now he’s been a long time sober, he’s on the lookout for love again.
There’s just one problem for the man who terrorised the Albert Square for years.... “I’m quite shy actually,” he bemoans in Thursday night’s Marigold episode.

You wouldn’t think it, when he dresses up in traditional garb for an all-night festival with actress Susie Blake, Britt Ekland and Duncan Bannatyne.
But if he can’t face online dating, maybe there’s lonely hearts column in the Walford Gazette?
Of course, any lucky lady need to impress his old ma Dot after all.
