Jake Wood has been making good use of his time in coronavirus lockdown by taking up exercise.
The EastEnders hunk, 47, took to his Instagram account to post a picture of himself flaunting his rippling abs on Tuesday.
In the snap, Jake flexed his muscles while he posed in nothing but a pair of shorts while stood in his living room.
The actor, who plays love rat Max Branning in the BBC soap, then posted a video of himself running through the woods in a grey Yankee hat and matching hoodie.
He revealed that exercise is the only thing getting him through being stuck indoors.
Jake captioned the post: "Happy Tuesday everyone. I think it's safe to say that exercise is getting me through this.
"Stay positive and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side."
His famous friends flooded the comments section with compliments for his muscular physique.

His EastEnders co-star Tanya Franks, who plays Rainie, called him "buff" and added a kissing emoji.
It comes after Jack shared another topless photo to show off his muscles.
In the photo he stared moodily down the came lens while he posed without his top on.
