EastEnders airs fresh concern for Isaac Baptiste next week on the BBC soap, amid his struggle with his schizophrenia diagnosis.
It was confirmed earlier this year that the character had the mental health condition, and that his mother Sheree was trying to keep it between them.
But Isaac confided in girlfriend Lola Pearce and father Patrick Trueman, while scenes have recently seen him binning his medication.
Questioning if he was misdiagnosed, he decoded to test if he actually had the condition and stopped taking his medication - while his family remain in the dark asides from Lola who has kept it a secret.

The soap are working with mental health charity Mind on an ongoing storyline, that sees Isaac continue to experience symptoms of the condition.
Next week, Lola grows concerned when he behaves erratically with spontaneous and big gestures.
It all kicks off when Ruby Allen invites Isaac and Lola to her house with Martin for drinks, to thank them for their help with her stepson Arthur.

But when Lola jokes that they might need to pull a rabbit out of a hat to help Arthur, he shocks her and Ruby when he makes a call and later returns with a surprise.
He explains the surprise while Ruby and Martin remain awkward, as Lola worries about his behaviour.
Lola has already clocked all the small changes in her partner, especially after he snaps at her at the beginning of the week - and knowing about his meds, it worries her.

This concern only grows when Isaac lies to his nurse that he's still taking them and is feeling great.
Later on in the week, Isaac becomes intrigued by Ruby's late father Johnny after a conversation with Patrick about his murdered brother Paul.
But when he asks to borrow some of Ruby's photo albums, leaving her baffled, will he make the connection between Johnny and Paul's death?
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
