EastEnders' Hunter Owen kills Walford resident in horror hostage at the Queen Vic?

Hunter Owen looks set to kill again as he takes the Queen Vic pub hostage - but who will be his poor victim?

Next week on EastEnders, Mel prepares to leave Walford behind as she tries to help her son escape the police.

While being transported in a prison van, Hunter managed to flee and made his way back to Albert Square to get help from his mum.

With Hunter (Charlie Winter) hiding in the boot, Mel is stopped from driving off by Lisa who is begging her for help.

Lisa is worried about what the future holds as she needs to get Keanu and Louise out of the country and Mel suggests that they all leave together.

But when she returns to her car, Mel (Tamzin Outhwaite) is horrified when she discovers that both Hunter and her gun is missing.

Mel is fearful about Hunter's whereabouts, but is distracted when Phil barges in and demands to know where Louise is.

While Lisa tries to cover, Phil quickly realises that Louise is close by.

But Mel is left fearing the worst when she discovers that Hunter is after Jack.

Meanwhile Hunter is lying in wait at Jack's but Denise's surprise return home sees her come face-to-face with the killer.

He later realises his target is at the Queen Vic and makes his way over to the barrel store with a gun.

Despite being determined to get his sweet revenge, Hunter's plan quickly spirals out of control and all of the punters in the Vic are caught in the crossfire.

As hell breaks loose, a shot is fired and a life hangs in the balance...
