EastEnders aired big scenes for Lola Pearce and Jay Brown on Friday night, following the discovery she was pregnant.
Jay was overwhelmed with the prospect of becoming a father, already stepdad to Lola's daughter Lexi Pearce.
But Lola didn't share the same excitement as Jay, leading to a heart-to-heart and an honest chat between them.
Lola shared her concerns about having a baby at the moment, confessing she wasn't quite ready.

While she hoped to have a family with Jay one day, she wanted to put all her focus on Lexi and pal Ben Mitchell right now - with Ben, Lexi's dad, recently suffering almost complete hearing loss.
Jay couldn't hold back his disappointment even suggesting she was putting Ben before him.
But Lola begged him to see where she was coming from, with her just not ready to bring another baby into the world.

Jay's upset was evident, with him keen to have the baby with his girlfriend.
It's then that Lola confirmed her plans to abort the baby, needing Jay to support her with her decision.
Viewers feared the news would be the end for the couple, questioning whether Jay could accept Lola's decision.

Later on in the hour-long special, Jay and Lola spoke once more about their situation, with him appearing to be more on side with her.
Once again Lola said she hoped they'd have a family one day, but now wasn't the right time.
She thanked him for being so understanding as they hugged it out, but when she left the room he took an engagement ring out of his pocket.

Has Jay really accepted Lola's decision, and what will she say when he pops the question?
Fans feared he might be proposing to encourage her to keep the baby, with the scenes set to air next week.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
