EastEnders fans furiously speculated what Isaac's secret was after his mum lied to dad Patrick and made some cryptic remarks about him keeping quiet and not becoming involved in a romance.
Tonight, Sheree seemed intent on stopping Isaac from pursuing Lola and even tried to force him to have a drink with Patrick in the pub.
Noticing that his son seemed unhappy about being in the pub, rather than with Lola, Patrick told him to head off and contact Lola.
Before he did so, Isaac mentioned his medication, prompting Patrick to ask Sheree what he was on about.
Patrick asked: "Why was Isaac in hospital?"

Startled, Sheree responded: "What?"
He replied: "Something he said about that he was on medication?"
Sheree appeared to lie, insisting: "Oh, that? Nothing. Broken bones - he was on painkillers. Where's he gone?"
Patrick responded: "I told him his babysitting duties were over! He must have popped outside to call Lola."
Sheree appeared concerned and later sat on a bench with her son to ask him: "Why tell Patrick you're on medication?"
"Because I am," Isaac replied simply.
Sheree replied: "You don't need to worry him with all that."
He remarked: "It's alright mum, I didn't go into it."
She pointed out: "He said you were calling Lola."
"Yeah, she's on her way. It's been years, mum. I'm ready to meet someone," he insisted.
But Sheree responded: "You're fine, you're happy. You don't need a serious relationship."
Isaac replied that he gets lonely, to which she said: "You got me, Patrick. You're steady - that's what's important."
"I know you worry, but I've got things under control," he said.
But Sheree retorted: "Because you don't try and have serious relationships. They're not good for you, Isaac. It's not fair for the woman."
"I'm better now, it wouldn't be the same," Isaac insisted.
Sheree warned: "You could have been killed, Isaac. My blood runs cold when I think about it."
Isaac replied: "You know, you don't get to make these calls. I feel like I'm living half a life. Even my own dad doesn't know the truth about me."
Sheree exclaimed: "I don't want to worry him! And you know, when you start to tell people, they treat you differently."
Isaac hit back: "You're wrong! That's not how the world works anymore."
Sheree responded: "That doesn't mean that they're not thinking it! And when it comes to their children, you can bet that they won't want you in the classroom! I'm only trying to protect you, Isaac!"
