EastEnders fans 'spot' how Gray will be rumbled by police after sick killing spree

EastEnders viewers are convinced Gray Atkins is finally going to get what he deserves after he claimed Kush Kazemi as his third victim in Monday's heartbreaking episode.

Kush became Gray's third victim after he murdered wife Chantelle Atkins, and Tina Carter when she rumbled him.

Kush and Gray had a confrontation at the train station as Gray revealed to Kush how truly obsessed he was with Whitney Dean, Kush's fiance, who had popped to the toilet.

But with Kush and Whitney set to marry and flee the Square after running into trouble with the Mitchells - Gray realised he was going to lose Whitney.

The horrific scenes showed Kush save Gray's life after an altercation at the underground station led to Gray falling on to the tracks and Kush pulling him back up.

But Gray took his chance and shoved Kush on to the path of the oncoming train, before fleeing the station with his hood up.

Viewers have been predicting the CCTV in the station will be enough to finally get Gray sent down - though others are fearful the cameras may not have been working.

One viewer tweeted: "That was just awful, sick. Got away with another death. Why did Kush have to die ? Nobody else on the train station, hopefully the CCTV will finally nail Gray he needs to go to jail. #EastEnders ".

"Ok so TFL has tons of CCTV. Gray should definitely get caught, right?! #EastEnders," wondered another.

A third added: " #Eastenders So Many Questions we've often seen that Walford has a Open Aired station but this was underground? doesn't make sense. plus Surely Gray will be caught due to the CCTV & Tapping in & out with a bank card or oyster?"

"NOO KUSH ... This has to be Gray's undoing, surely there will be CCTV, an eye witness.. SOMETHING. Still hoping for a big twist where Kush has survived #EastEnders," begged another fan.

Another fan pointed out: "After all this, is CCTV be the thing to bring down Gray? Tho if it’s the central line, I bet it’s not working #EastEnders ".

"Gray will most likely get away with it bc he won’t be caught pushing him in the camera angle- look what happened with the CCTV from the Stacey/Ruby fight. The camera angles are easy to manipulate. #EastEnders," predicted another viewer.

* EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
