EastEnders fans predict incredibly awkward storyline for Sharon and mystery brother Zack

EastEnders viewers have predicted that Sharon Watts may embark on another sibling fling after finding out she has a mystery brother.

During Tuesday's episode of the BBC soap, Sharon reluctantly attended a memorial for her dad Gaving alongside Kathy Beale.

However, as the ladies were enjoying a glass of wine, all hell broke loose as one male attendee bad-mouthed Gavin and ended up being chased out of the venue.

Sharon and Kathy took it as their cue to leave, but as they approached their car, they realised the mouth guy was actually hiding in the back of it.

As they humoured him and watched the fellow memorial goers trash his flashy sports car, the pair struggled to figure out who Zack actually was and how he knew Gavin.

As he finally got out of the car and prepared to flee, Kathy pressed him on why he was there in the first place and asked: "Did you do business with him or something?"

Sharon looked stunned as Zack announced he was Gavin's son, before whizzing off in his car.

As a shellshocked Sharon came to terms with the fact that she has another sibling, viewers began speculating about what may happen between them in the near future.

"That moment when you realise you fancied your brother... again! #EastEnders," one person posted alongside a gif of Sharon.

"Is Sharon gonna get it on with this brother aswell ??? #EastEnders," another fan of the soap asked.

And a third viewer joked: "another brother shaz wants to s**g #EastEnders."

Of course, fans were referring to Sharon's romance with her stepbrother, Dennis Watts, almost 20 years ago.

Sharon had a passionate fling with Dennis on the eve of her adopted dad Den's return to Albert Square.

The step siblings resumed their affair in secret but Den struggled to accept a relationship between his children and plotted to split them up.

So, could Sharon be about to embark on another romance with her new stepbrother?

As Kathy probed her about getting in touch with Zack, Sharon replied: He’s trouble Kathy, trouble I don’t need," but Kathy was quick to remind her: "He’s not Gavin."
