EastEnders aired emotional scenes on Thursday night, as Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway got engaged.
But there was quite the blunder of sorts before Ben managed to pop the question, that threatened to ruin everything in hilarious scenes.
In a moment that left fans in stitches, Ben had spent all day with his little girl Lexi planning the best proposal ever.
Lexi went into full events manager mode, as she plotted her dad's surprise for his partner Callum in full.
She even had a go when he threatened to throw her and "her team" off schedule, as his nerves got the better of him.
But Callum wasn't meant to know about the special party, or the fact he was going to propose - just days after Ben's suggestion of marriage backfired.
This time he wanted to do things properly and romantically, only for Callum to threaten everything with his own big question.
As the men met in the Square and got nostalgic over their romance, Ben was left horrified as Callum halted his own plans by getting down on one knee.
Unaware he'd just beaten Ben to it, he asked him to marry him leaving Ben shouting: "No, no no!"
Callum was seriously confused over what mistake he seemed to have made, as Ben told him Lexi was going to kill him.
Ben quickly ran off leaving Callum on one knee, unsure what was happening - before he eventually learned the truth when he reached The Prince Albert where the proposal was due to take place.
It all worked out in the end, as Lexi's plans played out and the couple proposed to each other before committing.
As the pair watched the fireworks and held hands, viewers took to Twitter over the hilarious mishap on Callum's part.
One viewer said: "Omg this is f***ing hilarious."

EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
