EastEnders viewers were left feeling sick and disgusted tonight, as Gray put Chantelle through harrowing abuse.
Tonight's episode saw Chantelle borrow money off Kheerat, he said it was a lot of money and she admitted she was divorcing Gray, after going to see a lawyer earlier that morning.
Meanwhile Gray was browsing the internet an advert popped up for a divorce lawyer, his suspicions were intensified when he went to check the search history on the device to see that it had been cleared.
Chantelle soon came in from work and Gray asked her where she'd been, she said she'd been to see a client and he said: "Is that who that slutty top is for, this client, did he enjoy seeing my wife dressed like that?
"My wife, remember that, remember our vows to love honour, to be honest with each other, well I'm starting divorce proceedings, my life Mac and Mia's life, we're better with you gone."
Chantelle begged him and said: "Gray they are my children."
But he replied: "I've already started the ball rolling, now get out of my sight."
Chantelle went upstairs to have a bath and Gray stormed into the room a few minutes later and said: "What did you not understand about me saying I want you out of my sight.

"I've got to think about what is best for my children."
Chantelle begged him and said that they could make things work, but he told her to "show him" that she loved him.
Gray made her hold her breath under water in the bath and only let her come up for air when she screamed underwater.
She came up spluttering and gasping for air and he said: "It wasn't so bad was it, now go and pick up the kids."

And viewers were left sickened and upset by the scenes.
June said: "Chantelle & Gray scenes were so hard to watch tonight. I felt sick to my stomach looking at Gray's awful treatment of Chantelle, it brought me to tears. Amazing work from Toby & Jessica & the whole # EastEnders team."
Lucinda said: "That was torture Gray! He is sick! She has to tell someone!."
Ryan Harman said: "The Chantelle and Gray storyline in # Eastenders makes me feel physically sick! Actually breaking me."
And Sinead said: "This is sick. I’m shaking."
The episode ended with Kheerat bumping into Chantelle and telling her it might take him a few more weeks to get her some more cash.
But she said: "Kheerat I don't have a couple of weeks, I'm leaving tomorrow."
