EastEnders fans horrified as Bex Fowler overdoses - and fear she'll die

EastEnders viewers were left horrified this evening as Bex Fowler overdosed after taking a couple of dodgy pills.

Fans were incredibly worried after the teen was spotted buying pills earlier and proudly showed Dotty what she had.

She later witnessed Bobby being brutally beaten up by an Islamophobic gang and was rushed to hospital after suffering from a bleed on the brain.

Traumatised by what she had seen, Bex told Dotty that she didn't feel up to going to the party but her friend persuaded her to take a pill.

Later, she decided to take another one after claiming that she didn't feel any effect of the pill.

Meanwhile her mum Sonia had received police officers at the door, who warned her about a bad patch of drugs that had been going around.

They saw that the last person the dealer had contacted was Bex, so wanted to warn her or anyone else against taking them.

Unfortunately, Bex had already taken them and was left sweating and nauseous.

Above deck, Kush noticed that there was something wrong with her just as she collapsed onto the floor.

A frantic Kush called Kat over to help and a worried Dotty admitted to them that Bex had taken some pills.

Could someone's death on board not be a result of drowning? And could Bex be in serious danger of losing her life?

*EastEnders returns on Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One
