Eastenders fans 'concerned' as character still missing after horror boat accident

Eastenders fans were left baffled last night after one character still hasn't showed up following the horror boat accident.

In the chilling episodes that marked the show's 35th anniversary, viewers witnessed the Queen Vic party boat sink into the Thames.

But fans last night raised their concerns as long time cast member Patrick Trueman is still no where to be seen despite days going by.

With many characters rumoured to be in the running for a dramatic exit from the soap, it was revealed that it was Sharon Mitchell's teenage son Dennis who did not make it. But where is Patrick?

On the night of the crash, viewers saw the panic of Denise Fox who was frantically looking for him.

Viewers took to Twitter to express their concern of the Eastenders favourite.

One said: "We’ve not seen Patrick since the crash, is he dead lol."

Another added: "It’s becoming a valid concern now. Where the actual chuff is Patrick and why is no one worried?"

While another said: "Have I missed something here? Where’s Patrick? What happened to him in the boat accident? And why is no one talking about him?

Denise and Patrick have a close relationship. (BBC)

The boat accident episodes received criticism online after it was branded 'Titanic but make it Cockney' but we must say, we absolutely loved it.

*EastEnders airs on BBC One on Mondays and Fridays at 8pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm
