EastEnders has given a glimpse of Stacey Fowler's big return to Walford, as actress Lacey Turner returns from maternity leave.
But there's said to be a major mystery surrounding her whereabouts ahead of her comeback on the BBC soap.
A new clip though has given a glimpse to Stacey's brand new look, and she looks amazing.
The character sports a brand new hairdo when she heads back to Walford, and it is simply stunning.
While it was most likely Lacey's decision, Stacey will no doubt show estranged husband Martin Fowler what he is missing when she shows up with her gorgeous new locks.
When she was last in Albert Square, and on the show, her long locks were a luscious brunette colour.
Now, Stacey is sporting a slightly shorter hairdo, and has completed the lengths with a stylish ombre.
The brown hair on the top is blended with a lovely honey blonde shade on the lengths.
While Stacey, and Lacey, has often given viewers hair envy her latest makeover will no doubt get them talking once more.
Viewers can see the new hairdo first when Lacey appears on spin-off series Secrets From The Square next week ahead of the show's return to BBC One on September 7.
The soap was forced off air in June after filming halted in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Episodes ran out in June, but September brings brand new episodes back on TV.
Stacey will make her much-anticipated return amid Martin's new romance with her best mate Ruby Allen.
Fans will then get to see the new hair in all its glory, while exact details about Stacey's comeback are only being teased for now.
EastEnders boss Jon Sen told the Mirror and other news outlets: "The big one [to look forward to] is Stacey – we have been waiting for her to come back.
"Lacey is amazing and part of EastEnders history and we have really missed her energy in the Slaters so the first two weeks we tease a mystery – where is Stacey?
"Are all of these things on the going on the Square to do with her? Then she's back with a bang.
"There are some fantastic Ruby Vs Stacey scenes – and we can't wait to find out what Stacey does when she discovers what has been going on between Martin and Ruby.
"As a return that is a big moment."
EastEnders returns to BBC One on Monday September 7.
