EastEnders' Chelsea Fox forced to stay with killer Gray after she goes into early labour

EastEnders' Chelsea Fox has gone into early labour - thwarting her plans to leave Gray Atkins.

In scenes aired on the BBC One show tonight, Chelsea was rushed to hospital after feeling unwell and she later gave birth to a baby, despite the little one only being 24 weeks.

Fans are now fearful for Chelsea after she has been forced to abandon her plans to leave serial killer Gray and instead focus on looking after their son, with his health her top priority.

Gray has already murdered his ex-wife Chantelle, leaving her for dead, whilst he also went on to murder Tina Carter as well as killing off Whitney's boyfriend Kush Kazemi.

In tonight's show, Chelsea had insults hurled at her as Gray dropped his doting husband persona once alone with Chelsea. However, she was left feeling ill and as her waters break, Chelsea is rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

Denise rushes to be by her side as the doctor's tell Chelsea they can't stop the labour - despite she only being 24 weeks pregnant.

Her and Gray are forced to forget about everything as he supports Chelsea through the birth of their baby son Jordan. When the little one is taken away for more treatment, the pair settle their differences and Chelsea decides to forget her escape plans as she wants her top and only priority to be their son Jordan.

Meanwhile, in last night's episode, Gray convinced Mitch to bring Chelsea back to the Square after she tried to escape in a taxi.

"I know you’re on your way to Stanstead but I need you to come back," Gray told Mitch as he sped towards the airport with Chelsea, "There is no holiday. Chelsea has been really struggling with the pregnancy and her head’s all over the place."

Mitch brought Chelsea back to Albert Square, and as they pulled up on the street, Gray menacingly leaned in and said: "Welcome home," leaving fans fearful for Chelsea.

However, actress Zaraah Abrahams has teased Chelsea has got some fight left in her.

"She's this sort of person where if someone is trying to murder her, they'd better run," she explained, "She would fight with her mouth, whatever is closest to her. I don't think she'd go down lightly."
