EastEnders' Charlie Brooks is hopeful Janine Butcher will find love this year.
Janine made an explosive return to the BBC One soap last year, and she was involved in a dramatic storyline with Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) this Christmas as she tried to break Mick and his wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) up.
The pair even kissed under the mistletoe at Christmas in shocking scenes as Mick fell for Janine's spell.
However, Charlie is hopeful Janine might find everlasting love in the Square in the next 12 months after a difficult romantic history - but she insists she doesn't want Janine to change who she is.

"I like seeing Janine fall in love," she told Inside Soap, "But at the same time, I would never want her to change. She's unashamed and unapologetic, which I admire. I'd like to see her be wild and fall in love, then see what sort of trouble that lands her in!"
Charlie says Janine will be be focusing on being a mother as well as "living her best life" - but she's not sure they work together.
"She's living her best life and figuring out who she is as a mother," she added.

"Then she's trying to work out who those things sit side-by-side, because I'm not sure they do! She's not a stable person."
As she made her return last year, Charlie teased Janine would be as "evil" as ever.
"It would be criminal not to bring her back and go where we all really want her to go, which is this alter-ego evil side. And we’re definitely, definitely doing that," she said at the time.

"We know that it’s going to be explosive – we might see some flames in a big fire. I was like, ‘Oh, I don’t know who she is. 'Who’s she going to be?' And I thought, 'Am I going to find her again?'"
She shared: "But I love the idea of walking in her shoes for a day. I get to play out all my wild sides through this fantastic character."
In shocking scenes this Christmas, Janine kissed Mick under the mistletoe after the pair grew closer as the pub tried to outbid Peter Beale to sponsor the Square's annual Christmas tree.
