EastEnders cancelled this week after BBC makes schedule changes

Changes to the BBC schedule because of the Women's World Cup will see EastEnders cancelled this Tuesday.

BBC One will air the first semi final of the World Cup, starting at 7.30pm (kick off at 8pm) tomorrow, which is usually when viewers tune in to the drama in Albert Square.

The hit soap will instead have two episodes shown tonight, one at 8pm and one at 9pm - going head-to-head with ITV2's Love Island.

There will also be changes to the scheduled episode on Friday due to the first week of Wimbledon, moving the schedule along slightly.

On Friday evening, this week's final episode of EastEnders will be shown at 8.30pm rather than the usual 8pm.

Or if you miss one, all will be available on BBC iPlayer shortly after their scheduled time slots.
