EastEnders' Bobby to die in inferno and kill Max after Lucy's ghost torments him

EastEnders fans are fearing the worst after Bobby Beale doused his house in petrol and grabbed a lighter.

The troubled teenager looked set to start a deadly blaze in the Beale house after being tormented by dead sister Lucy's ghost.

After arguing with dad Ian, furious Bobby had to face his demons when he heard the voice of his late sister accusing him of being "the runt of the litter" and a "mistake".

The horrifying ordeal finally got too much for poor Bobby when he heard Lucy's screams and saw her dead body on the floor.

Bobby grabbed some petrol cans from the Arches then darted inside and locked the door while Max Branning frantically tried to get inside.

"I will never forgive you. never," said Lucy's cold voice as Bobby apologised for killing his big sister.
