EastEnders ' Bobby Beale collapsed in a nightclub in Tuesday's episode, leaving viewers terrified as his life now hangs in the balance.
The teen went to a club night at Ruby's with Peter and and Dotty, and Bobby was planning to win over Dotty, who he has a crush on, and ask her to be his girlfriend.
Beforehand, when Bobby told his big brother his plan, Peter cruelly told him to be careful because he might not have a chance with her, leading Bobby to storm off, his confidence knocked.
In the club, Bobby tried to buy laughing gas from Dotty but she refused to give him any because of his age, and his flirty display goes completely wrong.
He then went to try to buy her a drink, but to his disappointment, Peter got in there first and humiliated him.
Bobby then followed one of Dotty's customers, and just as Peter and Dotty went to kiss, Bobby collapsed in the middle of the dancefloor and his friends panicked hysterically around him.
Viewers were scared for Bobby's life and tried desperately to guess at what had caused his condition, some predicting he had taken drugs.
"Oh no bobby taken something and collapsed on the dance floor #EastEnders " wrote one.
"Bobby dead #eastenders " predicted another.
"Bobby taking drugs will not end well. You just get the feeling.... #EastEnders " pondered a third.
But some viewers were less sympathetic, believing he was just trying to cause a distraction so Peter would not kiss Dotty.
"Bobby c**kblocking Peter by fainting is making me cry #EastEnders " joked one.
Several viewers were frustrated now that the lockdown has altered the EastEnders schedule, meaning they have to wait until next Monday to find out Bobby's fate.
"Now we have to wait till Monday #EastEnders you are ceo of making us wait for so many cliff hangers..." ranted one.
