EastEnders' Bobby Beale's life hangs in the balance after horror collapse

EastEnders ' Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) suffers a shock collapse while partying with his friends in dramatic scenes set to air this week.

The Walford resident is still recovering from a brain injury earlier this year after he was brutally beaten up.

And now he looks to be headed back to hospital after suffering a shock collapse on a night out with his friends on Tuesday's episode.

He is discovered on the dancefloor by his brother Peter Beale and pals Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) and Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) during their night out at Ruby's.

Dotty originally only invited Peter (Dayle Hudson) but a jealous Bobby managed to wrangle an invite himself.

The killer teen snuck into the club despite not being old enough - but things take a turn for the worst.

But what made him collapse, and did Dotty have anything to do with it?

Bobby, who killed his sister Lucy four years ago, has a crush on Dotty - but what he doesn't know is Dotty is currently blackmailing his dad, Ian Beale.

Dotty arrived in the soap last year and quickly proved herself as trouble as she meddled in her family's lives, leading her grandmother Dot Cotton to leave Walford.

Dotty knows Ian locked Dennis Mitchell in a cabin on the boat before he drowned, because she heard a voicemail from Dennis begging to be let out during the dramatic boat party scenes that aired in February for the soap's 35th anniversary.

Ian managed to delete the voicemail - but Dotty told him she would make him pay for what he did.

She plans to expose Ian to Sharon, Dennis' mum, but could she also be using Peter and Bobby to exact revenge?

* EastEnders currently airs Mondays at 8pm, and Tuesdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
