EastEnders' Bex struggles with guilt over Bobby's attack leading to deadly choice

EastEnders spoilers have confirmed a new struggle for Bex Fowler, as her pal Bobby Beale is the victim of a violent Islamophobic attack next week.

Ian Beale's son is rushed to hospital in a bad way, amid an ongoing online bullying plot.

The teenager is left fighting for his life in hospital and needing emergency surgery, with his dad Ian in turmoil.

Ian's lack of support for his son's new faith led to the pair falling out - that and Ian's inability to forgive him for killing sister Lucy back in 2014.

Next week, events spiral and Bex is left feeling guilty once she learns who has been behind the bullying.

She spots the commotion going on with her friend and is left shaken.

Pal Dotty Cotton tells her everything she needs to know when they catch up in the pub, with Bex shocked by what she finds out.

As the news plays on her mind, she's torn over what to do.

She sends Ian a text message revealing who is behind the bullying as he awaits news on his condition at the hospital.

It leads to the Walford legend seeing red and leaving the hospital, intent on revenge.

Ian makes his way to the boat party, but who is he after and will Bex regret her meddling?

She herself will be caught up in the boat tragedy drama, with lives on the line and a death confirmed.

As several storylines culminate into one big week, tragedy strikes as the party boat appears to hit difficulty - with at least one character going overboard, and others fighting for their lives.

The pair are on the floor, with Dotty looking pretty concerned.

But with Bex soon leaving the BBC soap, will she die in tragic scenes?

EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
