EastEnders’ Ben Mitchell and Lola Pearce recently returned to Walford, with it clear they were hiding something.
Lola, played by actress Danielle Harold, was feeling the pressure of keeping a secret from her loved ones, with Ben encouraging her to keep face.
But in upcoming scenes, Ben turns nasty as he’s forced to give Lola a warning.
It comes as she grows close to ex Jay Brown once again, with the pair sharing a moment in the kitchen.

Ben is hosting a family brunch, and is far from impressed when he interrupts the pair who were once super close.
The character, now played by actor Max Bowden, creates an awkward atmosphere causing Jay to leave the room.
It’s then that he takes matters into his own hands, dropping a threat on Lola after fearing their plan will be scuppered.
He warns her to stay away from Jay, not wanting anything to come between what they’ve set out to do.
So what exactly are the duo preparing, and why have they came back to Walford?
Lola’s clearly having second thoughts about her intentions, and the way Ben’s going viewers are fearing she could be in danger.
With Jay growing closer to Lola too, will he discover the truth and stop them in their tracks?
The scenes will air on Monday 15th April, so it’s likely more will be lifted before then about what the pair are hiding.
