An independent estate agents is expanding across the East Midlands with the opening of a new office in Leicestershire.
Alexanders - which already has offices in Loughborough, Market Bosworth, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Shepshed - has taken on the former Rowell & Sons bootmakers premises on Market Square in Melton Mowbray.
The firm says the new office will help it to serve customers "all their housing needs with integrity, honesty and first-class service."
The new base is set to open in the near future.
