East Lothian Police are appealing for witnesses, after a large container was broken into an £5,000 of power tolls stolen in Aberlady.
According to the crime report, the container was broken into anywhere from September 10 at 5pm and September 13 at 8am.
Police said it would have taken some heavy lifting, and a vehicle move the stolen items.

The items include a Stihl Petrol Disc Cutter and a Wacker Neuson wacker plate, worth £1,000 for these items alone.
The East Lothian Police statement read: "Between 1700 hours Friday 10/9/21 and 0800 13/9/21 a large container located on building site to the west of Aberlady was broken into.
"A number of items including power tools and heavy plates to the value of around £5000 were stolen.

"This would have required a number of person and a vehicle to remove the items.
"Police are appealing for witnesses call call 101 quoting incident number 0643 of 13/09/21.
"The pictures below match the items stolen. If you have seen or been offered these items please get in touch."
