East Lothian locals 'traumatised' after luxury cars 'stolen' by man in balaclava

Locals living in Tranent have been left 'traumatised' after three expensive cars were 'stolen' in the East Lothian town.

Edinburgh Live understands that a Grey Ford Fiesta, White Audi and Black BWM are all missing from the Tranent area.

The owner of the stolen White Audi claims that at around 4.55 am on Sunday morning 'a man in all in black with a balaclava, broke in through the back door' and made off with the car.

She told how she was 'screaming at them' and that the suspicious figure 'tampered with CCTV cameras' so that there would be no recording of the incident.
