East Kilbride Rugby Club hope to welcome new players at their summer fun day this Sunday (August 7).
The event aims to promote rugby in the community while encouraging new players to join by having a try at some touch rugby.
Attractions on the day include bouncy castles, soak the coach and traditional summer races.
There will also be a BBQ, popcorn stall, tuck shop, tea/coffee and cakes and raffle and tombola prizes up for grabs.
Prizes include gift vouchers for Zucca, Oystercatcher, Cova, Battlefield Rest, Bistro 6, a Radiance beauty voucher, two Odeon cinema passes, a cupcake box voucher, a Starbucks treat bag, bottles of booze and lots more.
The fun day runs from 11.30am till 1.30pm at the rugby club park in Calderglen Country Park.
Entry for kids is £3 which includes a hotdog and rugby cake. Adults go free.
All proceeds raised on the day will go towards the P7 players next rugby tour.
