A long standing convenience store in Greenhills Shopping Centre will close this weekend.
RS McColl's has been at the centre for a number of years but is set to shut its doors for the final time this Sunday, May 10.
A sign has been placed on the door redirecting customers to the Loch Shin outlet.
Greenhills Shopping Centre is being redeveloped in a bid to transform its fortunes.
McCandlish the Butchers has already moved its operations to the Westwood store and charity House of Hope also left the centre.
East Kilbride South Councillor Archie Buchanan told the East Kilbride News he was "sorry to see" any shop close.
"It is sad to see any business go and hopefully staff can be redeployed," he added.
"The centre is currently undergoing development work so hopefully that will help it going forward."
