East Kilbride footballer Jordan McGhee will be leading out Dundee next term having been handed the captaincy.
The 23-year-old mpressed last term during his debut campaign at Dens Park and has appointed skipper.
The Gardenhall native has experience of wearing the armband from his time as captain at Falkirk and led the Dee out on a number of occasions throughout the 2019/20 season.
Following the announcement, McGhee tweeted: "[I'm] honoured to be captain of this club."
