East Kilbride launch new manager hunt three months after Stuart Malcolm's Forfar exit

have stepped up their bid for a new permanent manager.

The club are inviting applications for the position that has been left vacant since gaffer

Jim Paterson has held the position on a temporary basis, and the club state he will also be asked for an application.

A statement released by the club read: "Following the departure of manager Stuart Malcolm to Forfar Athletic in November, East Kilbride FC is now inviting applications for the position of first team manager.


"In order to apply for the role, applicants should submit a current CV along with a cover letter to  ekfc@outlook.com

"The current interim management team of Jim Paterson and Dean Shanks have been made aware of their opportunity to formally apply for and be considered for the role, and the club would like to thank them for continuing to assume control of the team since Stuart's departure.

Jim Paterson has been in caretaker charge since November (Stuart Vance/ReachPlc)



"Both Jim and Dean will remain in charge of the first team on an interim basis until the recruitment process has been concluded in full."

The closing date for applications is Friday, February at 5pm.
