It has been one year since the gates closed on football fans entering stadiums.
From the Scottish Premiership to the very bottom of the game and everywhere in between, supporters have been absent and sorely missed.
In the Lowland League East Kilbride have missed that backing in their quest to catch leaders Kelty Hearts in the race for the title.
And Kilby diehard Willie Pettigrew is desperate to get back to K-Park and see his hometown team finally win their dream ticket into the SPFL.
Although the season kicked off in the Lowland League, January's lower league suspension is still in force in Scotland's fifth tier and the setup remains in limbo over whether or not the season will be played to a conclusion.
That only compounds the frustration of being locked of out the ground and Willie has given his thoughts to Lanarkshire Live Sport on one year without fans at East Kilbride FC.
Q1: How difficult has it been not attending matches?
"Every other week me and my son Thomas [a powerchair footballer] would go along to the K-Park and occasional away games to support East Kilbride, we have watched them push for promotion and although last season was a disappointing one, we were excited by the reaction and the quality of players we brought in."

Q2: What have you missed most about match days?
"It has been so hard missing that change. This season was, before it was shut down, shaping up to be as exciting a season as there has been, with the quality of EK and others.
"Missing that push and the fight for the Lowland League is tough but to be honest it’s the day out, meeting the guys and girls that go to every game and just the banter."
Q3: How have you found the alternatives, like streaming?
"The live streams have been great but it’s just a poor substitute. Thomas can still make his feelings known but it’s only me that hears it.

"The good thing about the streams is you actually get to see more games, away games we might not get to and to be fair the quality has been pretty good even though the commentators are just a bit bias, but why not."
Q4: How will you feel if the Lowland League returns this season?
"I hope we are in a position to finish the season in some shape or form and hopefully we can get back to at least some of the games.

"That first game back, I reckon I’ll be like a kid getting taken to my first game and if that game is a promotion play-off it will feel like a World Cup Final."
