The body of a woman has been found in East Kilbride woodland in the search for missing Billie Mia French Mullen .
The at around 8pm last night, near to Lickprivick Road. The area was taped off as police investigated.
Billie, 29, was reported missing from the East Kilbride area since Saturday.
A formal identification has still to take place however the family of Billie has been informed about the recovery, Police Scotland confirm.
A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death and police are treating the death as unexplained at this time.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
