A woman has been rushed to hospital following a crash in the east end.
Emergency services raced to London Road after the incident at around 2:30pm this afternoon and the driver was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The extent of her injuries is not known.
The road has been closed between Fullarton Road and Causewayside Street. The road is blocked westbound affecting traffic coming off the M74.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said “Around 2.30 pm on Saturday, 23 May 2020, police, fire and ambulance service attended a report of a one vehicle road traffic crash in London Road, near to Fullerton Service Station, Glasgow.
“The female driver of the car has been taken to hospital by ambulance."
