Care worker Lynsey Connolly knows how important her job is and she's not afraid to show it.
In a video captured at the care home she works - Towell House - the 42-year-old is seen getting a resident up on his feet and having a boogie.
And it isn't long before the East Belfast woman has the whole room clapping along.
Pal Lynsay McGreevy shared the video with Belfast Live and told us she is a "ray of sunshine".
She said: "Lynsey is a very loyal and kind friend. To know her is to love her. She has infectious wit, banter and is always the life and soul of the party.
"She has such a heart for the elderly and loves her job."
